Congress invitation letters to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants who request it through the Congress Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Meeting registration must be completed for sending invitation letters.
Congress registrations do not include course registrations. Separate registration is required for courses with limited quotas.
Abstract acceptance dates are August 4, 2025 - October 31, 2025 and papers will not be accepted outside these dates. You can follow the instructions on the ABSTRACTS tab on the website to upload papers.
All participants will be given badges. In order to ensure congress order, it is requested that badges are worn at all times.
All participants will obtain their certificates of participation online after the congress.
