• The congress registration fee includes admission to the scientific sessions of the congress to be held on 11-12 December 2025, entrance to the stand area, congress participation certificate, coffee breaks and lunch at the congress center, excluding 20% VAT.
• In order to benefit from the discounted registration fee, registration procedures must be completed and registration fees must be paid by 1 September 2025.
• Registrations made until 1 September 2025 can be cancelled free of charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 1 September 2025.

• Accommodation prices include bed and breakfast and are for 3 nights (December 10-12, 2025). VAT and accommodation tax (12%) are not included in the prices.
• It is mandatory to contact Flap Tour and ask for availability before requesting a room reservation, and reservations that are not confirmed by Flap Tour will not be considered valid.
• Congress reservations that will take place at the relevant hotel during the congress dates (December 10-13, 2025) and are not made through Flap Tour will be canceled as per the contract.
• Accommodation reservations cannot be canceled.
